1. What MuchSearch is
MuchSearch is a search launcher. It stores a list of public search URLs and redirects your browser to the site you pick with your keyword placed in that site's search parameter. All results, content, ranking, filtering and advertising on the destination page are provided by that third party, not by us.
2. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Search URLs on third-party sites change without notice, and some destinations may be unavailable in your country or may block automated query parameters. We make no guarantee that any card works at any particular moment, that results are accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use MuchSearch to search for illegal content, including material that sexualises minors, incitement to violence, or instructions for weapons and explosives;
- attempt to use the redirect endpoint as an open redirect, or to inject arbitrary destinations into it;
- scrape, mirror or resell the site's data or layout without permission;
- interfere with the service, including automated request floods or attempts to bypass rate limiting.
We block a small list of illegal search terms at the server and will refuse those requests. Blocked keywords are not forwarded to the destination site.
4. Intellectual property
The site design, code and original text are ours. All third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the destination of a link. MuchSearch is not affiliated with any of the sites it links to.
5. Links to third parties
Following a card takes you to a site we do not control. Their terms and privacy policy apply from that point on. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing or data practices.
6. Affiliate and advertising disclosure
At the time of writing, MuchSearch adds no affiliate tracking parameters and shows no advertising. If that changes, sponsored or affiliate links will be labelled on the page and this section will be updated.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MuchSearch and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including decisions made on the basis of results returned by third-party sites.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
